Love this pick in roll action; can't wait until he starts knocking down that mid-range or 3-ball consistently...he will be a nightmare on the pick in roll

Agree with everyone that Larry's ideal position would be at SF, assuming he can develop a decent 3 point shot. Ideally, I would like him to play a Shawn Marion style of game. I think he has the athleticism and basketball IQ to do so.

I love Nance, but as a backup power forward. I don't think he has the lateral quickness to stay in front of opposing small forwards. He can be a matchup issue for opposing 4's because he'll have a quickness advantage as well as hopefully being able to shoot a pick and pop three and drive to the basket.

I would love to see that too. Nance would have a ways to catch up to Marion. He was probably the 2nd best player on the Phoenix Suns teams and I think he was an all star at one point. Marion could play both 3 and 4 and he was a solid defender with a great nose for the ball. He could also score off garbage and hit 3's.

Marion would be a great template for Nance to mold his game.

I think he should play center. He's the same height as Brandon Bass and he plays center so I deduce that Larry can play center too. I should be a coach. I'm good at this. Gritter done.

He's really tall when he mans up in the air like that. Makes sense to me.

Statuesque dunking. There's something old school about it. Probably from his daddy.

Screw you Julius, Larry is the future of this team :D

    Good game Larry.

Also I found the fact that Larry has no portrait on rotoworld to be hilarious.

Another solid game from Nance Jr. Made six of seven shots. Grabbed seven boards. Taking and making open shots. Hustling. Solid D. This guy is turning into a solid player.

If randle and Nance can develop a good 3 point shot then we have the makings of a sf/pf combo

Marion had that hideous J that he released from in front of his chest. Nance's shot is nowhere near that fugly but is textbook weird too with the off hand coming off the ball so soon. Marion could hit his shots and Larry seems capable of hitting his 2s at a decent % too. Would need to expand the range past the 3 point line. He would be a load for other small forwards to handle.... long as he could handle them in return. :Magic Brows:
