    I understand, Worthy and Magic are obviously very close to Boron.

    The issue, at least for Worthy and probably Mychal Thompson is can you be objective about covering the team? If not, should you be in that position?

    You guys just gotta understand where this information is coming from. They're not going to speak ill of their brother AND their bosses guy. It just won't happen and you honestly shouldn't expect it to.

    I watch many of these games and have no idea what we are running out there offensively.

    The amount of iso's I see is alarming. The ball movement is pretty poor aside from when Kobe has been drawing doubles (only recently).

    It just seems like real lazy coaching out there. And it's all done under the veil of being branded a "disciplinarian" and an "old school" coach.

    Byron fails to give logical reasoning for many of his decisions and should be held accountable for this. Meanwhile this only breeds poor relationships with the players, creates a negative environment in the locker room and stunts the growth of our young guys.

    Unacceptable.

    He said Kobe is scared now too from being around all the young "wimps" on the team ....it has rubbed off on him. That's why we lost big to them again, everyone is scared of OKC. :Crazyartest:
