    Don't forget blocks and turnovers.

    Sacre: 2 blocks 1 turnover
    Coward: 1 block 2 turnovers

screw them and screw morey. I'm only mad things aren't going even worse. as long as that fraud keeps drawing 97 fouls a game, they're going to be a playoff team. but it is nice to see howard's failure to change his spots. I was worried that he'd mature after leaving la, like a lot of stars have (around the end of their prime, just in time to win). but nope; he's Dwight howard.

Yep. Glad he isn't our problem...he can wave state sheets wherever he goes, and I'm glad he's not our problem.

F*** it, much as I'd hate to lose them .... Mitch see if Riles will take Kelly and Sacre and Bass for him. We'll just have to limp along a few years without them but we pick up Whiteside. :Magic Brows:

I have to see how this plays out. I want to see if Whiteside checks out mentally in Miami. @therealdeal brought up a great point: why would Miami trade one malcontent for another? Plus, if Whiteside does check out, do the Lakers want another mentally, immature malcontent on a team developing great chemistry? I don't think so. Again, we will just have to wait and see...

^ You did not disappoint, what a fitting look.

If this trade does happen, don't know how Riley will match contracts, Dwight is going to be 3rd or even 4th fiddle behind Wade/Bosh/Dragic.

    Gold. :D :D :D

The best part isn't even the music, it's that he b****s EVERY TIME he misses a shot. Hey Dwight! Learn an actual post move and maybe you'll get a better shot! Right now all you're doing is throwing up some nasty *** bricks at the rim. Sleep Train ought to fine you for denting the backboard.

one thing I've noticed about Dwight's "post game" since his back injury: he rarely wants to make that last extra step or pivot that could clear him for an easier shot. I feel like he used to get guys on their heels, then explode past them, gather on the other side of the hoop, and dunk easily. he's tossing up a lot more of those half-hooks now.

anyway, not my problem. suck it, loser.

Man, I can't believe we wanted to keep this guy. It would've been even more frustrating constantly failing under this clown in the playoffs than losing under Byron with actual young talent.

So glad we don't have him long term and he's not our problem anymore.

Think about how screwed we would've been. Have that massive contract. Team would've just been mediocre. No D'Angelo, no Julius, no Jordan even most likely. I still hated how we put up those stupid bill boards begging him to come back. After his pathetic showing in the playoffs that year and him quitting on the team I wanted him gone.

    Dribble...dribble...dribble...turn left...right hand jump hook...brick. Dribble...dribble...dribble...turn right...left hand jump hook...brick. That's how "pseudo-champions" do it.

It's unfortunate because if Dwight had just realized he can't be a premier offensive player he could've been the next Bill Russell because of how dominant he is capable of being on the defensive end as well as rebounding. With his overall athleticism, size, strength, and before his back injury never took nights off defensively.

When Kobe said he wanted him to be his Tyson Chandler is wasn't or shouldn't have been perceived as an insult. Chandler never whined and complained about touches because he knew he couldn't be a go to guy offensively, but he was a great defensive presence. He still would've gotten his 15-20 points off lobs, running the floor, and if he had ever been willing to run pick and rolls here Kobe and Dwight could've been a great duo.

Dwight will never be happy until he's the #1 option somewhere and a team is built around him with a fun supporting cast that hides his flaws and inflates his strengths. That's not happening for him anywhere in the NBA. Good luck being unhappy and looking to move on every couple years. He's really going to be following in the footsteps of the other Superman by team jumping, but he's getting a much earlier start than Shaq got.

That video sure made his offensive abilities look really pathetic.

It's hard to believe after so many years in the NBA, and with mentors like Hakeem that he doesn't look better on offense. So rigid and mechanical with no touch.

The more I've watched him since he left LA, the more thankful I am that he didn't resign here.

We would have been stuck with a huge contract of a severely overrated center.
