I feel bad for saying it, but I hope to never see Bass or Kelly again on the floor. (Maybe Bass would be okay at the 4, if he ever finds his mojo again)

Black deserves to be the backup C. No doubt about it.

About damn time he becomes part of the regular rotation. If Byron didn't stick him to rot on the bench from like preseason game 2 until last game, maybe he'd have already been able to help us more than he has so far. I don't understand what has to be going on in the head of a coach to think "hey, here's a guy that's all hustle and heart, plays d, rebounds, and has great chemistry with our guards, I don't think I'll play him, ever".

The guy we saw last season who was solid in his role, improved over the summer, and plays with heart 100% of the time that we all thought would be a great small ball Center is out there working. Who would have thought?

this is coming up in many other threads, so I thought I'd bump this. wtf did this guy do? did he grab the front end of that lady Byron brought to vegas? I can't fathom what makes someone resort to bass at c and Kelly/sacre at all when you've got this guy hanging around.

did I miss an article about him tearing an acl or punching a homeless guy?

This poor guy. Shows serious hustle and talent last season, plays fine, if inconsistently, early this season, then benched for life. Can't get in ahead of Bass who has been bad, can't get in ahead of Sacre which is ridiculous. I don't get it, I can't come up with a reason. He plays very well with Russ, if he's gonna be on the bench now is the time to play Black again.

Byron deserves to be fired strictly on his handling of Black. Black had to have said something behind the scenes to get benched like this. There is no other explanation. Based on his play last year alone, he is the 6th best player on our roster.

Hell if we had a real coach and a real project with this roster , he should be starting and be part of an uptempo style 1st unit ....

Wishful thinking. B0ron is just that bad and when you're in his doghouse, you're screwed.

Is he even with the Team anymore? I don't think i saw him sitting behind the bench in any of our last games.

Look guys a big who can actually catch the ball, finish in the paint, screen and roll to the basket, and caught a nice alley from JC as well.

There is no way Sacre should play ahead of Black provided he's healthy. There's just no way.

Seriously it infuriates me how we have two perfectly capable backups at the 4 or 5 positions. Neither is playing and one when he was (Bass.) was playing out of position. Play them together and Jordan with the second unit when he gets back. It's not rocket science Byron.
