Head coach throwing shade at the fan base huh? Sounds like someone I DONT want leading this team.

If you would start coaching like a professional level coach you wouldn't soon be sitting next to us jacka**.

Just because we are fans and he is a coach doesn't mean we are automatically inferior. I and many others called your trash coaching out before the Lakers hired you and here we are....

Being proven correct over and over again.

The question was whether Scott would bench Kobe for poor play. Seriously.

Too bad the end product is kind of the only thing that really matters.

Usually that noise has a few mixed in that defend you, I have not heard anyone in the media or fans defending Byron. But I get it, when I go golfing I too block out the noise of people laughing and pointing....

I understand where he's coming from but does that include media personnel who cover the sport? Other coaches? Other scouts and gms? Other professionals in the industry?

    Does it include Jerry West?

What preparation? We are the least prepared team going in to every game.

Jerry West and Nick Young aren't "fans". They're professionals.

When one of your players, who is there behind the scenes, claims the team has no offensive identity, then maybe you should listen.

Last I checked, coaches aren't judged by practice and preparation but by the end product. But by all means Byron, tell us why you should be exempt from critical fan assessment. What is so special about your practice and preparation that would have us come out of the gate looking so lost at both ends of the floor? When we see Kobe go iso and 0-5 from three or 1-14 overall, there was something in the preparation we missed that would make us feel alright about it had we seen it?

If people are pointing at you and laughing at you at the golf course .... maybe you should find a new sport. Just sayin' :Magic Brows:

What if he's saying the truth? What if he is teaching these kids amazing sets offensively and defensively but they're not applying it in game? That can't be, can it? Have I gone mad that I'm starting to feel sorry for Byron?

He sounds so convincing that you are tempted to believe him. But when you check his career winning percentage, it all becomes painfully clear. He is totally full of crap

Broken clock analogy fits here with Simmons. Also speaks to the coaching skills of Byron. If you want to lose hire Byron....

Remember guys we are just the fans, so take that with a grain of salt. Byron is elite at losing.
