Anthony Davis with a monster 43 point game.... and they still lose. Double check cause I still don't believe it, we have a better record than the Pelicans.
At this point Curry is a video game cheat code. You could be inside his jersey and still can't guard him.
watched a couple minutes of hou/lac. in the second quarter, an nba official actually had the balls to call harden for grabbing his defender with his off arm during a shot attempt! of course, they followed it up by calling a foul on the defense for an obvious stiff arm on the very next hou possession...but still...progress?
Andre Drummond with a 29 pts 27 reb game. I really like that Detroit team, 5-1 and SVG has a good system going for them.
SVG is a good coach and I like his " no nonsense" approach . Wish him success ... He deserves it after being stabbed in the back by Riley and Coward
yep. svg is awesome. he finally got himself some control of his personnel situation, and there he is, winning again.
Andre Drummond is AVERAGING 20/20/2 blocks/2 steals through six games so far this season. That's his AVERAGE! ... HIS AVERAGE! What a monster. Stan Van Gundy saw this potential last season and he's realizing it now.
Paul george is a beast once again. averaging 31 and 11 reb over the last 3 games. 19 points in the first quarter tonight!
Did Wiggins bounce back? They seem to be ignoring him in favor of KAT. One thing I'm grateful for. We still develop our previous picks.
The way Minnesota bounced back after blowing that 34-point lead against the Hawks is how the current Lakers should be coached. Sam Mitchell left 2nd year Wiggins & Towns down the stretch and helped seal the deal and gained valuable experience. He also used his vets off the bench to guide the youngsters through when Hawks mounted that come back. Minnesota is also tops in the league in defense with such a young core. Your move, Byron....
yeah, minnesota is far ahead of the lakers. then again, they've been bad for a very long time, so they've had plenty of opportunities to fail (and they have!). i agree that watching them let towns and wiggins do a lot of the late game work was amazing, given that this all falls to kobe and lou williams in lakerland. byron scott was probably watching in his hotel, wondering where the iso for tayshaun prince was.
Wiggins just looks phenomenal. Watching this, at times it was like watching a young Kobe Bryant. In only his second year, if he keeps developing at this pace...I think this kid has all the potential to be one of the next transcendent superstars in the league.
