F byron, seriously. The guy is f'ing idiot. If you're an idiot at least get good assistants to carry your arse but he's too insecure for that.

3 years of this garbage, and with each hire you thought it couldn't get any worse.

    Miss you Phil.

I was just about to say, makes ya miss the days of Phil doesn't it?

I supported Byron last season because our players were pretty crappy so they couldn't be expected to do much even with a good system. Now Our players are pretty good, but our coaching is crappy. I mean, on offence I'm seeing no philosophy other than chuck if you don't have a driving lane, and on defense I'm seeing no philosophy at all.

We're relying on players talent to win games because there is no system to speak of.

Absolutely, you have to give Byron a pass for last year but there is no excuse now. And it really does make you realize just how good of a coach he was.

You're right on the money Barns, and we shouldn't be seeing this now. What the heck is training camp and preseason for? Did we just sprint the entire time?

What you guys fail to realize is that Byron is old school, smash mouth basketball no matter what, if you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball kind of guy. Trust the process, guys. Trust the process. We'll have a solid rotation by the 80th game, then, watch out NBA!

But he had no issues commenting when his boy wasn't the coach

I've stopped taking Magic seriously. If this wasn't Byron you can bet good money that Magic is ripping that coach and Jim a new one right about now.

Also in our championship years he couldn't stop flip flopping between Kobe and LeBron.

Heck, with this team, I miss Pringles. Having pass first, creative guards like Russ and Huertas, scorers like Clark, Swag, Lou, mobile 4 like Randle and stretch guy like Kelly... he'd do something with this team.

    Yes, I went there.

Offensively at least. Actually I fail to see how his defense would be worse than Byron's.

I just want him to take advantage of having 1 of the best rim protectors in the league. There's so much talent offensively I'm not worried about that end if we do what we're capable of defensively.

It wouldn't. MDA would be much better for this team.

You guys forget how bad 'Antoni was. Black would never play again. Hibbert would be shooting threes. Our bench would be Huertas, Lou, Brown, Young, and Kelly. So much offensive firepower, and they can all shoot threes! F that clown.

Tarik would play center here and there and Hibbert would not shoot threes. Other than that - yes, everyone else would bomb threes like crazy. Which, for this team, isn't bad.

D'Antoni would do well with this group. His people skills left a lot to be desired, though. In the grand scheme of things, I am glad he's not here right now.

    Next hire: get it right.

That's only because Byron doesn't know how to make the ball "get energy".

Our last 3 coaches.... my goodness. They're so incompetent and devoid of basic common sense it defies logic.
