.... and we have all agreed that much/pretty much most of that time, granted probably not all of it, early on one or the other of Luka or AR was out, so when the one who wasn't out went to the bench with JJ's best attempts at the rotations, he had to take over on ball duties up top.

I think from a production point of view, Lebron is at an all NBA level in the playoffs. I keep him around as long as he wants. Even in 3 years, he’ll be an elite Horford.

It’s just the price point. 20-25m is nothing for this kind of player and if he retires we haven’t lost a meaningful salary slot like abeer and others are worried about. (Because the MLE will fill most of it)

I've never been a LBJ fan

But he has earned my respect for the hard work he has put in to stay in playing shape

What he's doing at this age is amazing

Now about taking that discount so we can build another championship team around him....

Lebron's probably 75% of what he was, when we first got him. That's still amazing at 41 years old, but if he plays over 30 minutes in the playoffs, he's going to be gassed, and running on fumes in the 4th quarter.

I feel pretty confident if Luka was playing, LeBron can play 30+ minutes of great basketball.

I’m no LeBron fan either, but the dude has been mostly amazing this post season while not having Luka around.

    Of the post season, yeah.

As a Laker or in his career, unless Dort injured Bron tonight, I seriously doubt it.

It could be Lebron's last laker game for all we know. I also hope not, but one to tune into.

This f***ing clown hates Bron so much, he came to trash talk him on his way to getting swept.

This ain't 2k. Replacing him isn't possible, especially with two other much larger needs this summer.

Imagine if this is Brooks' Artest moment, tells Bron after the game he wants to team up with him to take down OKC. LOL

Great game by Lebron, that turnover at the end of the 4th when he secured the rebound was tough to swallow. You aren't replacing Lebron with any free agents - we need him back.

I can't stand this kind of attitude. This guy made the Lakers relevant again 8 years ago. Show some goddamn appreciation. LeBron brought us a championship and would've liked delivered another if Rob didn't break up that championship roster.

Nonethe less with some poorly constructed rosters LeBron has done more with less here. Also Bronny developed and shouldve gotten more PT this series because we got nothing from our bench for the most part. It's not like we have a bunch of other viable options coming off the bench.

LeBron at 41 years old was still the best player on this team with Luka being injured and carried us to the second round. Yet we have fans wanting him gone makes no sense. The guy is still a top 10-15 player in this league and anyone who thinks we can easily replace him are delusional.
