Too lazy to look salaries up, but IIRC Billups makes $5mil this year. And it wasn't enough. Jeez, Chauncey!

I'd say this looks very very bad for the NBA and Adam Silver, but (cough) look at who the FBI are these days. It does make me wonder. They dropped the names of "Las Cosa Nostra" the Bonanno, Gambino and Genovese crime families, and I kept looking for the (cough) authorities to tell us Vito Corleone and Anthony Soprano were involved, too. I won't mention the bigger crime family here, but they aren't italian. Or African-Americans.

What appears to be the thing against Billups is that he told someone near the end of last season that the Blazers sucked and would be tanking in order to get a higher draft pick, and a few hours later they lost a game by 28. The things is: we all know this kind of thing goes on. I guess Billups said it out loud to the wrong person?

Who knows about Damon Jones, Terry Rozier, or Malik Beasley. And, like Juronimo mentioned: ya wonder how Gilbert Arenas is skating around these days.

    DAY-um!

100% a lot more people are involved.

Theres tons of these gambling houses throughout LA, lol at 19 my friends were playing holdem with jose conseco and omar gooding in woodland hills.

100% these are ran by organized crime and tons of high profile celebs, athletes, businessmen as well as normal people gamble at these establishments. Its crazy, I bet theres gonna be pretty angry people and friends that realized they got scammed/cheated when they lost playing at their house.
