Then if we’re NOT releasing Len and screwing him for the post season it has to be Shake after Cam?

Shakes contract is expiring next year so he's actually a nice trade filler to have.
Really should cut Len to add jemison once Cam goes to make room for Godwin.
Feel bad for Cam he's so close to being a really valuable roleplayer but he can't sustain any sort of offense to make himself playable

But if we lured Len away from Pacers with “promises/expectations” and then do him that way … it’s a real crappy look too. And Jemison should be priority #1 over Jordan.

I mean part of that is on the player too. It's pretty reasonable that any NBA.center should be able to catch a lob from Luka Doncic

If you are not ready when preparation meets opportunity, you can’t complain if you have to take a backseat. (Regardless of quota status)

There weren't a lot of positives from this one, but Jordan came to play.

He's more than earned his spot on this team.

Great discovery and call from JJ and the staff. Hopefully we're able to lock him up on a multi year deal in the coming weeks.

OK I’ll be THAT guy and ask the question that must be growing in everyone’s minds …. what’s up with the mask LOL? :p As in how long has he been wearing it /or does he just like always wear it because he likes it and is tired of multiple broken noses or something. Sure doesn’t seem to affect his game, which is very consistent.

I’m thinking it’s a “I’m worried about getting hit again in the face right now and am okay with wearing it for a little while” thang.
Love that he is the underdog that we gave a chance to. He’s the scrappy defender type that I always love to root for.

He has really bad acne scars and got approval from the league to wear it. Basically he’s fugly.

Really interested to see what this team will look like if it can run out JJ preferred rotation.
Starters Hayes, Lebron, Luka, Rui, AR
    Bench: DFS, Vando, Gabe, Goodwin

I think a 9-man rotation makes sense, considering Koloko and Jemison's weaknesses. Pretty vicious defensive lineup and I frankly enjoy watching Goodwin way more than Gabe

Good non-box score game. He also has gotten plenty of reps against Book in practice when he was with the Suns, so had some additional familiarity there.

So basically what you're saying is we only have 7 games left of Len (or Cam)

Just solid. Confidence is up, less hesitation on the drives, 3 falling. Then all the non box stuff still there.

This quote went around today from Austin (from last night I think... didn't watch his presser, so not positive)

And he's 100% right. He's been around. 4 teams in 4 years, some teams messed up. He's deserving to be in any 10 man rotation today and that's his floor.
