    yeah, he can hit cutters! novel idea that i yelled for over three years...

    he just can't make pinpoint skip passes from the low post (only jokic can, tbh).

    and look where he makes the catch--both of our top guys are most dangerous right there. the whole offense needs to be about finding those guys there and working off it. we're two coaches and three systems into it before we've even started scratching that surface.

    so annoyed at how many times AD has caught the ball on the 45s at a standstill or labored in vain to establish post position against a semi-soft double. garbage. and he took the heat for it every time.

    Trevor Lane made an excellent point regarding DPOY:”Why should the team’s record have any weight in deciding who the best defensive player of the year is?”
    I completely agree. It’s been very similar to the MVP award for many many years- extremely biased and based on other attributes than what the award stands for.

    Honestly, I don't feel like its all that close right now defensively between him and the rest of the league.

    AD is the best defensive player in the league but Gobert is probably going to win it. He's having a good year and they're the #1 defense.
