yeah, it would be a bad look to fire him even if we keep losing. it's possible that we have trouble hiring good coaches because we're perceived as having unfair expectations.

i'm not defending ham as much as just saying that we're in a tough spot from an organizational planning perspective. can you imagine the league-wide response if we were to fire ham next week?

There will always be coaches lining up for a gig with us (despite the pressure, media scrutiny and bright lights). You perform, you will be loved and cheered. You suck, well...

if they're lining up, why are we doing so poorly in our hires? might be why lue made crazy contract demands before.

I’d like to think that but I honestly don’t feel like guys were really clamoring for the job last go around and that’s how we ended up with Ham.

Firing a coach who got us to the conference finals after our start with Westbrook right after we fired a coach that got us a title just won’t go over well in my opinion. Especially given that we would be looking for our 7th coach in like 13 seasons.

I don’t think Ham is untouchable but I agree that we gotta be careful about firing another coach.

What if we lose in the play-in round?
Does he still keep his job?

It’s not THAT bad here yet …. Pimple has made it to season 2 without having LeBron shoulder bump him walking off the floor. Then again Bron’s an old man now unlike back then.

Wasn’t that quiet was it? Riles had to make it clear he really was a dictator.

You've gotta be kidding me...we're going to judge Ham when f***ing Gabe Vincent returns?!

I don't even want Gabe Vincent playing when he comes back because all it means is Ham will be r******* and roll out 3-guard ilneups of him russell and reaves together...with prince at the 4 and LeBron at the 5.

Fcuk me man...FIRE this f***ing guy please!!!

right; again i'm not standing up for ham, just saying lebron (or AD) being upset with him isn't what would guide my decision. lebron's a really bad gm.

Hamster has to go irregardless of whether or not LeBron likes him.
He needs to be fired for not going with the crew who did really well last season, his non existent offense, his inability to adjust in game, his ridiculous allotment of burn given to guys who are playing well, his losing of the team defensively, his poor excuses to the media, his failure to provide distinct roles to most of the guys, and his refusal to call timeouts and stop long runs.
    Did I miss anything?
