Very unusual to have your 3rd , 4th and 5th most paid player not starting

Who knows except a Doc with an MRI how much pressure below the surface that thing on the side of his head “might” be causing on his brain? ;)

Idk what Wood’s done to piss off Ham, but you can’t tell me he wouldn’t have been more effective vs Porzingis and Horford than Hayes vs the C Bags today.

Lebron and Rui were both 5-14 from the field, there's the problem.

I don’t understand why a competent coach is so hard to find

I don’t even think I want to eat Ham after watching this guy consistently underperform with a solid roster.

Spo loves games like this, he doesn’t lose on Christmas, after today’s match it’s 9-0.
    It's just for comparison lol

I understand what he was trying to do; if that's the intention to get more defense and hang your hat on it, you still need players that have a bit of gravity on offense.

Unfortunately, Cam and Jarred just don't give you enough when they play together; the floor shrinks, and it's hard to get LBJ and AD going with a clogged paint.

I'm not the big "spacing" guy, but we need to insert Austin back into the staring lineup, IMO. If Ham wants a a different wing who can play two ways, go ask Rob, lol.

This team should be better, though. A week or so ago we were on pace for 49 wins. Now? Just hoping we could make the 6th seed and avoid the play-in; Darvin hasn't inspired a lot of confidence in me.

yeah, that's my take on it. those guys play well, we win that game.

i didn't like the lineup switch, and i don't think it's viable. that said, ham's not wrong about the fact that standing around is bad for the offense.

my question, then, is: WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING YOUR TEAM TO DO IT?! it was only in the past couple weeks that guys started cutting on AD post ups (and how has he looked since that started happening?!). now they're just sitting there on lebron iso/post plays. THAT IS LEBRON JAMES--one of the best passers in nba history. move to spots, cut with purpose, screen off the ball to create havoc. if it's a zone flash to open spots and cut behind the original flash.

who's supposed to ensure that these things happen, though? i think i know...

Fire Bacon Pimple Goblin Moron. Fire now, before all is lost. I'd rather have Rondo coaching.

How is someone supposed to cut when they are 5 guys in the paint
I've defended Ham and I thought he did a good job for the most part in the playoffs.
I mean what is he supposed to do when both hachimur and Prince missed 4 wide open and I mean wide open 3's. Can't help a team when they can't hit practice shots

That being said this starting lineup of Cam/Vando makes no sense to me.
I don't like when he goes back to Dlo when he has been terrible
Reaves minutes down in a winnable game when Lebron is out.

Think he is struggling in a having a big rotation but a lot of players have limitations and you're going to have to be flexible and not just get a set rotation of your favs. And the Gabe/Dlo disaster at PG has caused him problems

between bodies, flash to a post up spot (preferably lebron or AD doing this, though). we did it against okc and got a couple dunks against their pack it in zone. just standing isn't all there is to defense. make them defend instead of stand. make them react to you.

agree. again, we probably win if lebron and rui make shots against boston.

agree again. i think we should have one of those two on the floor at all times, and probably never both at the same time unless we're trying to send a message or something.

yeah, i really think gabe's injury has been a bigger issue than fans and the media have realized/discussed. this was not the plan. dlo being spotty was anticipated. not having a safety net wasn't.

I would rather have LeBron coaching and playing- and y’all know I’m not the biggest LeBron fan.
That’s how much I dislike Hamster as our coach.
