Anthony Davis Discussion: Thanks For The Ring AD!!!

He's really been firing on all cylinders since game one. I'm hoping we can get him a game where we can limit him and LeBrons minutes after multiple overtime games.

 

yeah I saw that too. What an awful take by Hardwood and that really is saying something given how many bad takes he has.

 

Yeah but we had 3 guys with double digit rebounds, that will usually get it done.

Needs to stop going for offensive boards where he has not shot at.

but for that game, gaudy stats, terrible personal +/-, and the stats did not equal success. So for that game, the stats were def empty.

I’m giving him crap because I can, and because I’m disappointed

 

single game plus/minus is super noisy and often not useful.

even multi-game plus minus can be partly a function of the lineup configurations as much as the player.

i'm not really getting sirron's angst fest right now. yeah, we haven't played well out of the gate, but it hasn't been putrid. just not what you'd hope. AD's been great except for one half. once again the least of our problems.

our main problem is depending on AD to carry the entire defense again. that's just...now how defense works.

why does he suck so bad (in one half of one game we were going to lose anyway)?

 

Felt like he should’ve sat the whole second half but I get why he tried to play. Hopefully it’s not too bad but it’s tough to say.

Hopefully it's nothing serious. We're not in a position to withstand this considering the other injuries we're dealing with. If he misses more than 1-2 games, Bron is going to get himself hurt having to carry us.

 

LeBron going down is my fear too.
