not gonna lie...every time i see his legs i'm also perplexed.

good news for him is that he's managed to stay pretty healthy despite having the legs of a blue heron.

LOL … can you imagine if someone alerts DLO to sirron’s Blue Herron legs image? If that doesn’t motivate him to mix in some calf raises and extra leg work nothing will.

That said in jest …. obviously that’s largely his body type and genetics. But still, hope he is putting in at least as much lower body work as finally getting ripped up top.

Totally forgot about this game winner. Saw it posted on social media recently and someone pointed out that this was actually his last shot of his first Lakers stint. This was near the end of that regular season, and he didn’t play the next few games (I believe his grandmother passed away the day of this game winner).

Really rooting for DLo this year! When he’s at his best, he’s so fun to watch and on paper a great fit alongside Lebron and AD. Hopefully with a full training camp he can really learn his spots with this roster and develop some consistency. I would love if we DON’T use him as trade bait and he ends up developing into a starting PG we can rely on for the next few years

I remember this one. He said something in his quote about the game winning shot being the "cherry on top"

and then this baby was born

We're going to see how much pull AR does/ doesn't have with the organization. DLO is his bestie and golfing buddy. AR also mentioned he thinks DLO is poised for a breakout year. If DLO gets moved, it'll be against the wishes of the future face of the team.

This is a great point and one of those interesting things to watch. I'm with AR in thinking DLO is going to have a breakout year. They are fun to watch as a backcourt, and with Max and GV helping out we are set. Ham is giving him every chance he can to succeed.

hmmm...not sure if dlo is likely to "break out". if anything, his breakout season was probably year 2 in bkn. and really, he's basically been the same guy for several years now. when he gets more shots, he scores more, but his efficiency is similar.

i expect 15-18ppg/6apg/3rpg on 45/40/80 with the offense looking better with him and the defense having to cover for him.

i think he just is who he is. my hope is that he's done choking in the playoffs because that's also been something a of a career-long trend.

That's it, abeer3. He really needs to step it up in the playoffs this year to take his game to higher level. He's a very fun player and a nice fit for us during the regular season. But he can't disappear on us again when it counts.
