This guy is going to be huge for us. Even taking off my Laker colored glasses which I rarely do we are solid top to bottom. Rob has done a couple of things that will really help us. As good as you can he has injuring proofed our regular season. We should be able to withstand injuries or do game management for Lebron and AD. The other thing that may be just as important is Rob has Ham proofed our roster. Whatever combination of players he throws out there is going to be better than last season's early roster.
