    When he scores 17 points or more Lakers are 7-0 in playoffs.
    Russell has gone for 15-plus points in each of his Game 3’s thus far. He has averaged a 18.2 points per home playoff game and beat this number in five of his six home starts.

    I'm fine bringing him back for 82 games. I still like his regular season fit with Bron and AD.

    However, he is not a 16 game player and his contract needs to reflect that. That also requires you to heavily invest in a starting caliber backup who can carry you for those 16.

    He should've been pulled from the game and DNP-CDs the rest of the series. I'd rather give Troy Brown his minutes. That won't happen for negotiation reasons. We don't want to upset him or his agent and also want to keep S&T options available.

    Well, we can't lose him for nothing. We have to sign him so that at worst, he can be traded down the line. He'll still help a lot in the regular season and certain playoff matchups.
