Ham continues to do a good job this playoffs. He keeps guys motivated and he’s made some good adjustments in each series.

    1. are we sure that was intentional?
    2. if so, that was super risky, as i think curry is one of the only guys who's confident to get his shot over AD (not around the basket, lol, but jumpers). and he got two shots he wanted in that sequence, the first one barely rattling out.

i was really disappointed that we let them take AD out of the paint in a way that led to gary payton layups. funny thing is that kerr was heralded as a genius for that move early in the game when it could have been anyone getting those layups. it was because we were being dumb, imo.

anyway, i will say that his calm demeanor seems to impact the team. and obviously going with lonnie against their smallball was the right move. going forward, i think having lonnie attack when they're playing wiggins at pf should also bear fruit. he's a good finisher, particularly against a team with no shotblockers.

He brings more to the table than just speeches and pep talks.

I wonder who AD will guard next game, knowing GS will run a high pnr at him to keep him away from the rim

Watching the replays I think a lot of the Steph PnR action is fixable - a lot of bucket came from confusion on the corner defenders on who to let go and when to sag. It wasn't always the screener's man (AD) or whoever was guarding Steph that was at fault.

GP2 is also a lot quicker than Looney and JaMychal Green so any hesitation or overplay really hurt the back line. I don't think this will be as destructive once they practice defending it more.

In the end, if they want to keep running it - the Lakers will almost concede it. A game 5 win would be a cherry on top but if they can wear out Steph accomplishes the bigger goal of playing all your trump cards in game 6

The Beard and Doc are not capable of winning a championship in professional sports and I'm including bowling.

Yes, it is possible they could take us to six games. The X factor for me in the championship series is going to be Lebron. When he finds himself in the finals again he is going to turn back the clock. This is a huge championship for the Laker Franchise and for Lebron's legacy.

Keeping Reaves and Leborn in the game for so long was so freakin stupid.

Please get a fine since you didn't get a tech in game with all the stupid and BS calls - I would have gotten myself thrown out after Walker got hit in the head no call (this was like 20th b******* call this game)

I actually don’t mind that he keeps his cool, the refs aren’t going to give us calls because he complains, they just aren’t. They clearly reffed the game the way they did tonight because this series is TV ratings gold and Silver wanted more. I actually like his answer here too, I like our brand of basketball in the way he means

Thats a great response... unlike whatever passive aggressive bs Kerr says after every other game.

Haven’t been a huge Ham fan, but this kind of stuff wins me over. You can see the level of pissed off in his eyes. I have no doubt he’ll have them ready Friday night.

"we're not looking for a third party to dive and save us"

also loved the draymond response: "there's going to be opportunities for him the way we're defending him"

you can tell ham wants to get out there and plant some dudes.

No smile and glared at the media looking for the first one to antagonize him with a stupid question. Defiant on how he addressed the whining about the way we play.
