Do better in the next game man, your teammates have your back. Stop talking soo much while you are at it.

Games like this, same as with Rui and Austin when they have them, should help with keeping the salary demands more reasonable to the team as opposed to we fans feeling it’s going to take top dollar or other teams will steal them from us. Plus if they really want to be here.

I was really unimpressed with his defense and lack of defensive awareness when playing with such high stakes. Too cool for school approach. The talent is there, but games like this make you question his heart. If he can't consistently score, he has to impact the game in other ways. I don't see it on defense. I don't see great rebounding or assist numbers. Just not a great game. Love to see him get more consistent.

it's interesting because poole is the guy whose contract i'm sure russell's agent is going to point at. and lakers management is going to point at brunson's and fred van vleet's.

and yes, the concern is that you sign poole and not brunson.

it's been there, but i think it's getting a little better in that regard. gs decided to crowd him on the midrange and see if he could get all the way to the basket, and the smaller/quicker defenders were doing a good job cutting that off. he needs to have confidence to just take it over them like reaves started doing.

i agree with jsm that his defense actually wasn't that bad. he had a couple nice deflections that would have been an open three or an open dunk as i recall.

curious to see how he looks the rest of the way, though, as he was sort of tentative in this one and looked like some of his bad tendencies resurfaced.

if I was a video editor and cared more, I could easily compile a montage of poor defensive possession by DAR this last game. Super lame stuff.

Luxury to have a deep team scoring wise , DAR only scored 4 and we still won the game

hopefully he's fired up to come back and have a completely different game in Game 5. Sometimes you have to get owned to go back and watch the film and process how you will make adjustments in your game when they take away your #1 and #2 go to moves on offense.

Shoot, he played for them, so they know his tendencies. It doesn't really surprise me that they can take him out of his game.

There is still a lot of ball left to be played, Dangelo will get plenty of opportunities to redeem himself. We can still win if he doesn't play well, but we will be extremely hard to beat if he does.

Im going to say it again, much like Game 5 against MEM, next game is a “no pressure” for us. DAngelo has to let loose. Like Game 3 in this series, start shooting right from the start and dont wait until 3rdQ. Clear the mind and let it fly. Dont worry about anything else other than be aggressive everytime youre on the floor.

Draymond podcast said that GP is in to take “D LO out of this series.” D Lo better respond to that.

I'm glad none of the Lakers have a podcast to give away team information strategies

Dray is friends with Bron and AD. He wants to play for the Lakers. Draymond is the insider who does it on purpose, but he does it so obviously, in plain sight, that no one is really aware of who is the mastermind behind all this.

The pressure is off a bit now, I'm expecting him to have a good game tonight.

Time to get your head of you know where and man up Dlo. You played really well in games 1 and 3 and now you've been trash.

Get out of the slump and be a PG; move the ball if they double you and shoot when you're open. Don't turn the ball over - keep it simple

Kerr took him out. And he is forcing it and not seeing the floor. Not good.

That 2 on 1 fast break with him and Bron vs Curry was brutal.

Need a huge game 6 from him again.
