Whatever contracts we would have had instead of Russ. I'm assuming you're just messing around, because this is very easy to understand.

Nah just bored more than anything...It's all water under the bridge now tho, but I would have made that original Russ trade too, if I were Rob. It ulitimately worked it good for everyone involved IMO.

Payton is starting. Stick AD on him and play off

Hmmm..I wonder if they expect Payton Jr to lock D'Angelo down or something. Interesting decision..he can't shoot a lick.

They are just trying to go even smaller, but this moves Klay to the 3 and reducing their firepower. They had to try something, we don’t. Stick with the plan.

That’s what I freaking said. It wasn’t a “point” OR an “excuse” for Russ’s crappy play. It was why we had a crappy record. Two separate things. And you still are a broken record about it and can’t be that dense. No one expected Russ to overcome it and save the season. We expected him not to suck personally.

Agh..ergo lies the rub. Me..I thought Russ would only be successful here, if Lebron and AD were both available and playing at a high level. This is why I always brought up their availability. Like AD said..the 3 never played together enough, to figure out the best way to actually play together

Our roster wasn't built for Russ to excel, we asked him to be more of a shooter/scorer not the main facilitator...not a good idea.

You bold son of a b****, you.

The LW move could've gone really sideways. A guy who was buried under the arena got dug up and given the biggest minutes of the game against the defending champs in the biggest game of the season (so far).

Good timeouts. Good rotations. Quick hook on Vando and confidence to sit DLO when needed.

Love the fact that Ham took a chance on Lonnie last game and continued with him in this one. Good stuff.

That was a genius and ballsy move to leave Lonnie in through the end of the 4th with him having the hot hand and Ham going with his gut, rather than bringing Russ back in who was struggling to score and not hitting. Major props to Ham and balls of steel from Walker to win us that game. Including two highest pressure free throws at the end and nothing but net. Talk about fearless! What a performance.

Gotta let go of the fact that he messed up the rotations in a random game in January or something. This is a different guy now. He's gone blow for blow with Steve Kerr and he's up 3-1. Jobs obviously not finished. But even at this point, I already think its a feat from Ham's perspective.

I commend him for the Lonnie move, but for the entire game we had no offensive or defensive plan to speak of.

Lol..7 wins in his first 10 career playoff games as a HC. Darvin is giving some phenomenal speeches.

all of that experimenting with 3 guard lineups was preparing the squad for potential playoff matchups. The foresight with Ham is incredible.

    Theory:

The bump on Ham's head is what is known as a playoff brain. It stores playoff specific information and game plan materials that cannot be accessed by the standard brain.
Don't be surprised if that bump gets more enlarged as the playoffs roll on.
    Bless his Bump!
