@Savory Griddles I hope so....I can't think any journlist wouldn't benefit from a little spin here and there, especially from a FO that gives him zero nuggets. That being said I personally think Harris and Chandler would be a fantastic offseason. I was never one of the believers in DJ or LMA and definitely not both. I thought Butler might want to come here but I sobered up quickly.
I guess Aldridge didn't like our blitz. Doesn't seem like LA is a good fit for his personality if he wants things simple.
They were always the front runners. They have a better situation than the Lakers...not to mention LMA's personality is right fit in a smaller market like SA than LA. It wasn't like Lakers presentation < Spurs presentation....the body of work from the last few years of Spurs > Lakers thats what it comes down to

Stealth move by the Suns, an "insider" on LG stated that his sources were saying LMA to the suns days ago.
I'm starting to wonder if players and agents name drop the Lakers so that their original team, or the team they want to go to will offer even more money. And the teams offer that because they don't want said player to go to the Lakers. Because all of a sudden, everyone the Lakers are or were going to talk to, just got bought up in a second.

With their cap situation Monroe fits/cheaper and saves them 2 million to bring back other guys. Best bet for us is they preached pay cut at this point.
