What … Russ worry? Hell nah he’s having fun starting and staying in LA.

“I’m not one bit worried,” said Westbrook, who had 14 points, 10 assists and four turnovers. “We have an unbelievably talented group in this locker room and we know what we have, we just got to make sure we put it together and I really feel we gave three games away thus far. We’re going to get it together.”

Another great boxscore for Russ. Need to increase his minutes or it's time to fire Lue: big 3 baby maybe the best since the Heatles

Yea. That's what's gone unsaid, to my eyes: T-Mann's mins went down since Brick came in, and it was THE wrong move they made once they got him.

Of course, they shouldda never obtained Russ in the first place, but if you do, if ya gotta (but why?), didn't the entire Clips coaching staff see how the damage was lessened when the Lakers had Russ on the 2nd unit? (It lessened only a bit, but it lessened.)

This is like stupid move piled atop moronic move atop idiotic move. Let's see how it all plays out. If the Clips don't make it out of the first round and T-Mann's mins remain low, why wouldn't Mann ask to be traded?

The sheer, glittering DUMBNESS of all this is baffling to me. Not learning from easily-read history: pain. How bad will it get before the Clipper-ship cuts sail with Brick?

    Pretty bad, I highly suspect.

It was not a Lakers problem, it's an LA problem.

Delusional fans, support any and everything on their team blindly, as if that makes them better fans or something

more than 1.5X the TOs of the lowest presented with the second-lowest mpg.

it's ok to tout russ's abilities, but he is and always has been a TO machine. in his prime, he made so many more positive plays that you lived with it. same with the dumb shots. he doesn't make those plays or shots at nearly the clip anymore, and so his team is worse when he plays. everyone knew he'd age poorly. we were holding the bomb when it exploded, and the clips decided to try and salvage the bomb components after detonation, i guess.

Unbelievable they did this to themselves …. especially wavering on how they said it was going to go and should have gone …. easing into this and not starting him at first. Seeing if it looked like it might work, first. But the genie’s out of the bottle now and all the spacing problems and lack of shooting now with Zubac a traditional center. Already the 2nd game Lue sat him the entire 4th quarter I read plus (I think) the overtime. 3rd game I got impression they kept him him in the 4th at least some part of it. So obviously the next more serious step if it needs to happen (likely at some point soon if it proves to just not be working with him in the starting lineup) …. is now what will be a second LA team same season having to do a very public demotion of Russ to the bench lineup and further cut of minutes. Well he wanted to stay in town and play for a contender, when the reports were he could have gone where there was more of a need and a whole lot less pressure, to Chicago or back to Washington.

Indeed, Paul George to LeBron and Lakers, “hold MY beer”.

I thought Clippers could hide him with all the talent they have on the team but his turnovers are still so loud and at the worst of times.

I would have moved on from thinking about him but its the fact that he joined the Clippers and they spent days talking it up while trying to talk us down. Hope Russ continues derailing the Clips, hes wasted a few very good performances from Kawhi already

Not loading, I'm assuming it's this

Haynes had some interesting stuff on this on the pod today with Stein. As Haynes mentions at the end Clipps aren't campaigning for him, nor should they, he did his 6th man work as a Laker. Clippers are campaigning for Powell to win it.

Teams will send out vote for x packages to the media members who vote for the award.

Yes, that was exactly it, strange it still won’t load in my post. On another note, this is how the Warriors are defending Russ, I don’t miss it, this was extremely predictable.

Lol that's how AD guards Draymond: Alls fair in love and war

Vogel really needs to get credit for the putting the center on the non shooter guard move the Lakers pulled against Russ.

If Russ was willing to set screens this could be countered easily by running a hand off action to a shooter like George but who the hell knows. Westbrook seems to cause coaches brains to melt. (I like both Vogel and Lue sigh)

Delicious. Don’t let your stars make personnel decisions this big, not when you’ve already seen how it will not work everywhere else that player has been and have all the data you need saying don’t do it. It will be super fun to watch Clippers fans going from saying it was the Lakers fault, LeBron’s fault, we were toxic here, to saying “get Russ off my team”. Soon.. man if he gets waived.. hoo boy

Poor Gordon. Anytime he thinks hes going to be on a good team Brick shows up.

Nothing different from the mess we had to watch.
