Sure, forget that little thing called "basketball". Russ's happiness is totally worth destroying our team's title chances. Fer sure.

Congrats PG, you're officially the worst player GM in the league. Bron and AD at least made their decision based on a Russ who was thriving in Washington. PG saw the failure that was the last two years here and was like, give me that guy! His only saving grace is his decision is for a minimum guy and not a $47m guy.

Well over the last two seasons neither Vogel or Ham gave much of a chance to Russ for him to be Russ the walking triple double HOF Russ.

Because that guy destroys any possibility of the team having real chemistry and negates the positive that other players could bring to the game.

Was definitely sarcasm. Ask Slick how many games LeBron and/or AD missed these two seasons.  That's what we brought him in for and he had the f****** keys. Starting, or otherwise, with guys that could run with him all damn day if off the bench, this season.

Wow, where we have we seen this play out before.

Brick stunk up the whole state of Florida in the bubble by doing Russ things.
Lebron and Ludabrow strangely push the front office to pull off The Worst Trade since Robert Tractor Traylor for Dirk Nowitski in spite of internal misgivings.
Everything went to hell. Rob manages to correct the earlier mistake fortunately.

Flop City decides to hit the repeat button as if the last 3 years didn't happen.

    Astonishing.

I can only think of one explanation. God knows the Clips desperately want to have what the Lakers have, in LA and worldwide. An astute company with no qualms about IP theft or any other form of thievery, such as buying Lee freaking Jenkins away from SI .... you know would also "lurk" on the best Lakers fan forums .... ergo .... certainly here on Lakersball! . And god bless Slick!! Single handedly he beat that drum so hard that HE convinced them Russ is still that guy!

Please let the Kings finish this one off, pleeeeease. They were down like 141-129 and the Clippers left russ in to close and well… 153-153 going into OT

Why are they closing with Russ LOL, look how they’re guarding him. Clippers probably still win because they’re deep since he doesn’t make 47 mil there, but why make it harder on yourselves

Clippers LOSE Russ’ debut, delicious. All these idiots on Twitter praising his stat line, oh the Lakers killed his joy, oh it’s LeBron’s fault, bunch of stupid a** f******* casuals. Yeah, he’s right at home, a choker on a team of chokers

0-1 with Russ. Good box score, but if that's how they're going to use him in *that* sized role, other teams are going to murder them in close games.

It begins. Give a coach a “star” and they can’t help themselves, have to play him for team politics

I didn’t start paying attention to the game until OT, and sure Westbrook’s box score looked decent…

But apparently the Clips were up 14 with less than 4 minutes to go. Choking that kind of lead has the stink of Westbrook all over it

Also read that Russ was the primary defender on Monk, who went off for 45
