We probably would. He’s a great fit here, is younger, bigger and not very controversial.

russell has his own problems (that silver screen and roll piece where they ask the wolves guy's opinion summarizes them nicely). i remember them from here, and most have followed him. but he shows up for work and isn't a major disruptive force. i worry about relying on him, but not as much as worry about making kyrie a cornerstone.

excited to see how he fits on court with lebron and AD. it behooves all of them to try to make that work, as it could make us a contender next year and could make russell some cash this summer, too. get some wins and be part of it.

Yeah. Risk management. DAR vs Kyrie. Nobrainer really.

Took care of business today. Best +/-. He'll fit extremely well.

DAR's gonna be fine. A little hesitant, but understandable. Steadying presense. Who'da thought?

    Ice in his veins.
Multiple big shots down the stretch.

    Welcome back!

Such a breath of fresh air out there compared to what we had. Impressive with his defensive effort as well.

DAR, if he plays this right, can buy his world with the Lakers.

Play D, hit shots, be a vocal leader and you will get love. See AR and ASG voting.

The dude is good. Needs to tighten up the drives and get some chemistry with AD. Seemed to get caught mid air a lot

He is going to be a nice pick and roll duo with AD. You can already see the chemistry in their first game. Their games will complement each other nicely.

Smooth game. Another guy that can be on ball for Lebron/AD pick and rolls. Nice 3 level scorer.

Felt like his back to back baskets in the 4th got us going on our way to a win. Without those we easily could've spiraled to a loss.

Watching him You could immediately see this piece was missing even with the Lakers played well. Guys like Mitchell and Brunson the Lakers had to overcome by being better at other positions and just live with them dicing up the dense with no counter on the other hand.

DLo allows the Lakers do that and the big/small PnR is harder to counter for defenses then big/big with Lebron.

Also just night and day how his drives were more calculated and poised then Russ bull in the China shop drives

Man, what a difference it is having a competent PG in there who can shoot, drive, make plays for others, doesn’t make unbelievably bone headed plays AND can be played in the fourth.
Naw, Brick wasn’t toxic at all.

It is so great to see him back. Dlo is good enough and has the right mindset to not be overwhelmed playing with superstars like AD and Lebron. Going to be big for us.

What a great first game. Had some concerns if he's grown since his first time around here but his game has definitely matured. He has such a steadying hand on the game especially down the stretch.
