That's healthy. Poor toilet. Just wait till he gets serious about his diet in 3-4 years. He's already a monster while pounding cases of hot fries.

or...he never gets serious about his diet, it bleeds into his training habits, and he blows a knee out because he's too heavy coming into camp or something. sorta shawn kemp scenario.

with SA being truly putrid for the first time in three decades, there's going to be a lot of streaks broken involving them.

wasn't sure where to put this, but watching our game against the knicks and two things really stood out:

    1. grimes really is good. he's like their version of reaves, imo. decisive, smart, plays hard all the time, skilled. not a great athlete but good enough.
    2. flipside--they can't be happy about paying barrett that much. i just don't like his game very much. it's like, what if wiggins was an even worse shooter and also was iffy about playing defense?

bonus: as someone who's advocated picking up reddish, the fact that he can't crack their rotation is concerning. they're playing 4 small-ish guards pretty big minutes and could use another wing player. that they spend a first on him and he can't get on the floor is troubling.

Knicks and Lakers have the same huge problem on O , the opponent D can focus and help a great deal on the two best scorers because the 3 players who surround them can't make an open 3 to save their life

Speaking of the Spurs, I was looking at the projected cap space this summer to see who could actually sign Kyrie away from the Nets. The Spurs lead the way with like $70 million in projected space. It's absolutely not going to happen, but imagine if they win the Wembanyama sweepstakes and signed Kyrie. Kyrie/Vassell/Johnson/Sochan/Wembanyama is an absolutely fascinating hypothetical starting five, that team could be awesome right away.

Talk about a guy who puts his team on his back: Dame. They go into MEM and he has 42/8/10 and POR wins by 10. When they double him, he dishes to Simon, who had 26. Not much scoring from anyone else. Josh Hart started for them, played 32 mins: 0 points. Nurkic - their version of Mr. Glass - goes out after 2 mins with a calf injury. But the point is: Dame. Dude's game is sick. Especially lately.

Even better: ATL goes into PHO and takes a 66-47 lead at the half. You're thinking: PHO's gonna come out strong in the 3rd, but nope!: ATL outscored 'em by 16 in the 3rd and basically the last 18 minutes were pure Garbage Time. Man I hate PHO, but they sure do play "up" when they face us, eh?

For the punk-a** cheapshot mfer sweepstakes, Grayson Allen has led out of the gate, into the first turn, the second turn, and into the stretch...HOLD IT! who's this? Dillon Brooks is coming on strong into the stretch...it's Grayson Allen, it's Dillon Brooks, Allen...Brooks...let's see if anyone can finish 'em off before they hit the finish!

I thought I had a Sure Thing when I put it all on Allen to win. But who knows?

once the iso has been brilliantly called, it's on the player to score out of the iso. THAT'S THE GENIUS! not on ty auerbach that his guys can't execute the design and go scoreless for 4 minutes to lose a game they led basically wire to 4 minutes before wire.

A c*** punch usually hurts for a few minutes. Tripping dudes can end seasons. I still think Allen is the biggest piece of s*** in the league.

He cost Caruso a busted wrist last year taking him out of the air up near the rim with a flagrant.
