Meh..The irony...folks come on here daily, talking about how the roster sucks, we play guys that wouldn't make the 10 man rotation on most teams, but then turn around and yell and scream about the rotations? We should be playing the very same guys, that they thought, were borderline garbage all season? SMH. Wenyen and Thomas are both power forwards trying to play center. They bring something on offense, but both get pushed around by size frequently. AD was supposed to cover that..

Now it's " Poor Frank" again? Vogel finished 12-29, and guys were on the bench on their cell phones.FOH with that nonsense.

Let's go get the next game! Go Lakers!!

We need AD and Lebron out on the court, they have played less than 30 games together 3 years straight now. It wouldn't hurt if our starting backcourt doesn't go 3-23 either. I totally agree with that part. I imagine Walker is still under some sort of minutes restriction, and I'm not sure if Christie is going to save the day tonight. Gotta hit shots, the bucket getters were sitting on the bench in street clothes.

Agree Bryant and Gabriel are better suited as power forwards for their own abilities and limitations but are asked to play center. Difference with Vogel is he appreciated size when it worked to our advantage. And at as many positions out of the 5 as possible to have that advantage for being able to defend down low and still be able to run the floor. Bryant and Gabriel certainly can run and Rui and JTA too. LeBron and AD of course. We have no need with our actual “2” guards with size and 3s to ever be running 3 PG sized players out there let alone 4. Use his damn depth and more of his roster regularly in the rotation to let them go “HAM” every minute in there and keep them fresh and engaged. With the energy Wenyan brings and his good advanced stats in some areas it’s a waste for him to not see regular minutes even in short stints every game if not quarter.

interesting to see the perspective shift toward the coach over time

but I suppose "get used to it" since he has a 4 year agreement

Can't see us making any changes any time soon.

He definitely (over)values guys that push the break and attack the rim. It's clear in what he says all the time.
So with Ham you're going to always have more guards than forwards. Troy, Rui and Max are good players but don't bring what Ham values the most so they will always have limited usage.

We just have to get used to it because I believe it won't change. Hopefully, with the bad results it usually brings he can give it some tweaks to it and learn from it

watch Bucks gm, they run 3 guard sets sometimes 4 but their guards are most 6'4 or taller

Lol..some of you guys are dramatic as hell. They already announced that they expected to start Rui when we traded for him. SMH

I mean damn, they didn't do it from game 1, so there must be some conspiracy? Let's see he plays tonight. He should get some good looks.

I like the new starting lineup. Ideally Lonnie would start at the 2 IMO but maybe he's not back in the swing of things yet.

Some of us are dramatic, some of us say whatever the front office and coaches do is great all the time no matter what, can’t ever be criticized, it is what it is I guess. Lol and stuff.

Anyway, not sure I love this lineup either, Rui isn’t quick enough to guard threes from what I’ve seen, so he’d probably be better off the bench with Lonnie starting at the 2, Troy at the 3. If Russ has to play at least he can play with Rui and Bryant or Wenyen, feed those guys.

Vogel was just as bad with his lineups, people just forget. He refused to not start Avery Bradley and DeAndre Jordan, he wouldn’t bench Russ even when he was terrible, he played Carmelo at the 5, ugh. If your point is that the main problem here is the FO and the awful rosters they give these coaches to work with I can agree with that though, but they still do themselves no favors.

Touche...I'm interested in seeing this SF thing. I don't really think that, there are a bunch of elite SF in the league. More like a lot of tweeners...tall 2's and quick 4's with handles.
