i think we should strategically rest guys, but i get the frustration with it being the nets game. i would have picked the knicks game. it's on TNT; decent chance we lose even with both guys, imo (in part because it's on TNT). and it would center their absence and lead to questions about it. it's the kind of thing that would get silver's attention, as apparently his flagship franchise missing the playoffs due to referee incompetence isn't doing it by itself.

seriously, if he thinks a bunch of memphis/minny, NO/utah playoff series is going to draw crowds...

quietly dominant in this one. only guy that gave the knicks any resistance on defense, and he made them pay attention to the paint on d. such a big difference when he's available.
