This is not looking good at the moment. It’s not like Luke Walton bad, but it’s trending that way. These Schröder, Russ, Bev lineups are IDIOTIC. I almost wonder if he’s trolling the FO saying like “you better trade these guys or I’m gonna keep doing this”, because for me to believe that he actually thinks that lineup is good is difficult. Also our late game offense is garbage, what was that last shot in regulation? No timeout and a horrible LeBron 3? Come on now. You can’t be playing 37 year old LeBron 42 mins either, or he’s not gonna last to break Kareem’s record.
This guy has been f***ing terrible since the Bucks win. Taking Brown out of the starting lineup has created a situation where you have these awful midget lineups with two or even 3 of Westbrook, Bevs, and Schroeder together. He's even playing Nunn a times with one of the 3!. Putting this team in the hole. Then on top of that when he finds a lineup that work, he f***ing runs that lineup into ground by playing them 12 minutes in a row. Just awful coaching
I know we talk about the offense but what happens to the defense late in the 4th? Teams just score at will with like no time coming off the clock. Blazers...Pacers..now C Bags... Just snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
3rd time its happened. 7 point lead with around 1 minute vs Blazers. 16 point lead in the middle of the 4th against Pacers. 13 point lead with 3:50 left against the C Bags.. Unreal. Why not call a time out after Williams fouled Lebron to get organized when 10 seconds were left on the shot clock? why not call a time-out when the game was tied after Tatum tied the game to get a good shot??
Is it really that hard to find a coach that runs plays? Like I’m genuinely wondering. Do they not ask that question in hiring interviews? This sort of stuff is why we blow late leads
Why not call a TO just to rest your guys you've just run into the ground? Why not play Lonnie with Reaves and Brown? He must hate Lonnie as that poor guy he sticks with Schroeder and Bevs. Is he trying to get Lonnie contract demands down?
This dude is sabotaging the Lakers. He plays these stupid lineups. Starting 5 is a joke. Bron and AD will end up injured any minute now.
lebron/AD/brown/reaves/walker plz. i'm spamming threads now, but moving bev takes the option off the table, and it's maybe the only way we get out of it.
Brown and Reaves played over 30 mins last night. Schroder and Bev played 19. I think what we're arguing for Ham to do for the most part (aside from anything schematic) is stagger and use rotations accordingly. Don't put 4 guard lineups against a team that is big on the wing, right? They got smoked in those minutes. And to do it in the midst of attempting to fight uphill most of the night and expend energy isn't very smart. Bad coaching move. Did it cost us the game? Probably. Here's a question, though: if we had one more credible player above 6'5", say a Harrison Barnes or Kyle Kuzma, do we still see those 4 guard combinations? Or does that wing take up more of Bev's time and give us more size on the wing we desperate need?
maybe. but we use brown less than i think we should, and even when JTA's been available, i feel like he has a shorter leash than bev. bev just has something that coaches like. i get it, too. i just think you have to take away the keys here.
why cant mgmt ever hire a solid HC, Bos hired Udoka n he kills it and now their interim HC is still getting Bos to kill it
