I hate it when those bone bruises are going around. So contagious.

I admit, when I saw his minutes played I assumed the worst. Sooooo happy it's only the flu. Get well soon big fella, we need you!

yeah, it's funny how the past few years have changed my attitude towards what should be done when we're sick. i used to always try to tough it out. if i had the flu, i'd try to go to work anyway, etc. now i'm like: maybe this thing that has me feeling terribly would be a bad thing to bring to my office and introduce to everyone.

Yeah. I think in this case the pressure to shake the labels on him caused him to try and play when he should just rest up.

Exactly. Not even mad if he sits tonight.

And if he does, it's probably another L.

if he actually has the flu/covid/rsv, he won't be well enough to dominate in the fashion he has been, even if he feels ready to go.

i'd almost rather try to beat toronto because they overlook us or something.

Man.. 13 for 14 from the free throw line, and he has to miss the last one that probably wins us the game, you hate to see it.

What I hate to see more is the stupid refs denying the fans of a AD vs. Embiid showdown because they choose to call three bullsh$t calls on Davis in the first.

He's played likes a Max Player earning his contract for most of the season and had to labor through a bad back for the first part of the season.

Russ and LBJ - you just never freaking know anymore.

Well, I know what Russ is going to do in a close game situation. I’ve seen that movie too many times now. It’s time for the coaching staff to adjust.

Yes, I'm just talking in general, but you're right.

In a close game, we're playing 4 on 5 against good defenses.

Ham needs to get it together.

He was 14 for 14 after sinking the first (if I recall correctly) but then his sphincter puckered up and he choked the 2nd shot leaving it way short. Same exact thing happened to Reaves on his 3rd of 3. Rob needs to find guys with better toned sphincters. :giggle:

it was so obvious reaves and AD were both going to miss their crucial FTs. that's just how things have gone for this team the last couple seasons
