Pat Bev needs to be moved to save Ham from himself, it’s like Vogel with Bradley except Bev makes Bradley look like an all star.

Exactly. I would kill to have Avery’s 39% three point shooting right now.

Have to get rid of Bev and Nunn like yesterday.

Almost as brilliant as the starting lineup: who the f*** looks Bevs and Schroeder and thinks ooooh let's play these small guys who don't shoot well together!

Really hoping this is the FO trying to get someone to bite on Bevs

The only thing I can think at this point is that the FO and Ham are showing how great a contributing factor Pat Bev can be to your tanking teams. Like look at how much you can suck with this guy eating up minutes for you while you crash and burn your way to the Victor sweepstakes.

Seems like to be that Ham has the pulse of the team and they play for one another but his rotation decisions and starting lineups are puzzling to me.

I’m with Weezy, we need the FO to save Ham from himself and just get rid of Bev to eliminate the option of starting him or closing with the awful three PG lineup.

It is always hard to fathom how a guy that has been around basketball his entire life and seemingly good in other areas of coaching can come up with some of the most bizarre lineups possible out of what we have. I know we could make worse if we tried but it would not be easy. My only gripe with Vogel was his weird lineups. These are far worse.

With what he has to work with compared to what Vogel had …. along with “super sub par” Russ the martyr as well last year …. hell yeah!

Seriously, what's up with putting Russ, Dennis and Bev on the floor at the same time? Does he pick his lineups by using random number generator from time to time? :wasntme:

That would be my first question to him if I saw him in the street.
Have any reporter asked him that?

ham's earned a lot of grace with me for getting russ to play off the bench and not complain about it. that's pj-level psychology.

He has done a lot of really good things and I loved the hire. The lineups are critical and shouldn't be as hard as we make it look. For these high school size lineups to work you need Isiah Thomas type talent or at least something close. We are playing really small with marginal talent. I wish I had more time to watch games besides the Lakers to see what others are doing. It just seems like the teams we play look huge in comparison.

it's pretty rare to see three guys the size of bev/schroder/russ on the floor at the same time, but when you do elsewhere, usually all of them (instead of freaking none) are shooters.

i'm with everyone that you simply can't play those three guys at once. it's nuts, and i'd like to hear the reasoning, as pika indicated.

I've seen enough. Fire his a**. He has no understanding of the game, doesn't coach, there are no offensive or defensive schemes... idiotic lineups.

He can go be Dumbrick whisperer somewhere we trade that dumb MFer to...
