Even if that's the hope it was misplaced and there were other options... -Crowder (yuck but not Bev yuck) -Derrick Favors -Alec Burks -Mason Plumlee -Terrence Ross -Josh Richardson All fit in that salary bracket and address actual needs on the roster. Might have to come off a couple 2nds for a few of those guys, but most are on the block right now so they were available then too.
I’m actually glad he did that to Ayton, because now he’ll be suspended and we won’t have to watch him play. Why he plays so much is baffling.
He has been complete trash and shoving someone in the back is a punk move… but I’m glad someone stood up for Reaves and sent a message to those arrogant punks. And hilariously that sequence may have ended up being the most productive play in his Lakers tenure so far! By instigating the altercation he brought attention to Booker’s flagrant and Ayton’s taunting, AND more importantly … removed himself from the court!
Completely useless out there but respect the guy for standing up for Reaves. In the 80s Booker would have his a** clothes lined for acting like the punk he is
it's too bad he's garbage, because what he did to ayton is exactly why you want him on your team in the first place loved seeing that
booker is a b**** and the suns won't ever win s*** this is the same guy who threw a fit over being double teamed in a pickup game
Maybe if the refs did their job this incident wouldn't of happen, the majority of fans approved of p bev shove.
ayton is a soft b**** just like booker the suns don't get nearly enough s*** for drafting him over luka
CP3, Crowder, Bev, Booker, Harden, Grayson Allen and Dellavedova are on my I-hate-you team Funny how 3 of them play together. I am glad Bev stepped up to part of their clown crew, but step to him face to face. Back shoves aren't something I support or want my players to be part of.
phx and sac should be publicly flogged daily for that colossal screw up. this isn't even a situation where folks didn't know what luka would become. kokoskov was doncic's coach for christ's sake! it was obvious he was going to be better than ayton and bagley (and young and insert whomever from that draft). even if you didn't guess he'd be a perennial mvp candidate for a full decade, you knew his floor was basically semi-star based on the success of other players who had fared that well in europe. anyway, this is the beverley thread. fewer minutes plz.
they probably had doubts that luka and booker could work together, but you still don't pass up a generational talent like luka. especially for a soft a** big like ayton i'm probably in the minority, but i prefer they keep pat bev. he's the kind of teammate you want in the locker room and on the court when these soft punks try to pull something. just cut his minutes
