He’s really not good, but credit where it’s due some big plays to get us extra possessions.

Yeah his D down the stretch was great. Earlier not so much. His offense is abysmal.

Bev can't make a 3 footer, he is atrocious on offense, but brings solid defense. At least make the layups dammit

Two really big rebounds and good late defensive effort. BUT he's not good and that alone doesn't warrant starting him. Barely warrants playing him. If we don't move Russ, then I can't wait to dump this bum with Nunn for literally any shooter, big, or wing that can be a 25 MPG player.

His defense on McCollum was solid down the stretch, even when the Pels managed to score on that matchup I felt Bev made it harder on McCollum than anybody else on our team would have and historically I feel like CJ has always destroyed us. Also some nice hustle plays to get extra possessions.

But man, he is just invisible on offense. Time to yank him from the starting lineup IMO, Reaves has earned it.

How did he miss that floater?

Yeah the Lakers lose that blown floater would have been a big reason why: when you coast into the lane like that you have to get a layup/dunk or at least FT's. Not come up empty on what would have game clinching possession.

Looking forward to trading him and Nunn for someone better.

I think people would love him more if he would hit the layups, easy floaters and a open jump shot once in a while, because he can play defense.

It's not just his limitations as a scorer and there's a lot of meat on that bone. As a facilitator, it's been ugly. He can't make a second read, telegraphs cross court slow-mo passes, and if it's not a straight line pass... it's probably a TO. The over dribbling is bad.

Yeah... I'd rather have THT back, and I've been known to have a low opinion of him.

I think he is the best in what doesn't show in the stats.
After Ryan 3 to tie the game and with him running through the court like he had won the Finals, Bev sprinted at him to bring him to the bench because game was not over.
That's an example of the type of culture and leadership he for sure shows on a daily basis

Hope he also gets more proficient when he plays, he's been underwhelming

A couple big plays down the stretch but I'm ready to see what we can get for him whenever Schroder returns

THT is shooting 18% from three so far this season. He’d be a perfect fit on this team.

This infatuation with THT... I am guessing it's the wingspan.

Nah, the infatuation is the spurts of THT when he gets in the zone, like his 40 point final game last season. But, so far, he has been way too inconsistent.

But, back on topic: Pat Bev sucks.

I am pretty sure that nearly any NBA player, in the right circumstances, can get 40.

    See Matt Ryan.

Well, may be not The Hobo.

90%+ of NBA players never have and never will score 40.
