Jones should probably start, and Russ should start…packing his bags.

Yeah pretty much. And Russ spaces the floor as much as a big man so that makes it hard. It also means we have Russ, AD, LeBron and a center so leaving only one spot to Bev/Nunn/Reaves/Lonnie. But that's a problem they created when they made the signings lol

Better now than later. He’s looked great when playing.

So much for the last two preseason games being dress rehearsal.

AD is who he is, 60 games a season player at best.
Just hope to make the PO and get him there relatively healthy. Not an easy task though.

No kidding. Guess it's back to the ever effective Lakers will "flip the switch" when the time comes.

And Slick, wherever he's been, can pop back in and excuse Russ's typical boneheaded defense and bad passes and turnovers on ding ding ding .... LeBron and AD only playing a couple halves together in pre-season.

LOL which staff is that? Haven't they been changing people over last several years? And we know it's because of lack of knowledge from our training staff vs any multitude of other factors? Or just one more part of the organization to dump on as is in vogue. Did you see how severely AD's ankle rolled to, like 90 degrees virtually that someone posted in his thread again recently. That was the staff's fault too not being able to come back soon enough with any effectiveness, after that, last season? After having LeBron toss a guy into his planted leg for the first serious s*** happens injury last year?

Just trade his a** and certainly don't extend him. Don't want to be stuck with his corpse once Bron goes to play somewhere with Bronnie.

This team has no chance to win games if AD is out. Just so small and unathletic without him.

if we rebuild now, we can get a pretty good return on our stars with picks and young talent. Allegedly.

Even his coach is telling him not to be so soft. He just doesn't come right out and say it.

I think that pushing him is the right move. I like AD but I do think this a big season for him as far as the narrative around him goes.
