    easy, Lumps of coal turn into diamonds under pressure

    Unfortunately, it can take thousands of years, so what we will have is the Lump of Coal version of him, and it's irresponsible of Lebron to set expectations otherwise.

    Wouldn’t surprise me if Lebron, Jones, and Bev are all in a group text together laughing and making fun of Russ as they send out those tweets.

    Like it’s so transparently disingenuous that it almost seems like an inside joke against Russ.

    that's what i meant--nobody talks like that when they're being serious. so what's the "shine" and "diamond" in reference to? some inside joke about something russ said or did? i was hoping that i could form some connection to a potential trade destination, but i came up empty, so i'm inclined to think it's the other.

    i think it came on the heels of bevs reminding people of russ's previous comments about him and then saying he was going to be a magician (my thought was making russ disappear). but again, that's just me being optimistic while squinting hard at tweets.

    I find it weird that they’re going in to bat for Russ after so blatantly trying to trade him for Kyrie.

    Makes me think they are prepared to go into the season with him if need be.

    He’s got the right mentality, at least you can say that, and he’s dead on, we had no leader like Rondo. Hell, Rondo wanted out, wanted no part of this garbage after not even that long. Russ won’t be here though, no, nobody can tell him s***, not LeBron, not AD, certainly not friggin Pat Bev. In one ear out the other, he knows all, he knows best.

    lebron just swatting him off like a fly while he attempts his antics is alpha stuff. weird that it made this compilation, as he wasn't bothered at all. didn't look at him or change expression. just held the ball and knocked him back 4 feet with his forearm.
