when you say it like that....

heck, I don't want anything to do with Pacquio lol

With the weird hours I'm working and lack of sleep, there are times my exercise for the days seems to be a few trips up and down the stairs. Just terrible. Zig Ziglar used to say "when he was chubby" that at one point his exercise regimen included him taking a bath, pulling the plug, and fighting the current.

saw somewhere that AD has been working on getting his weight back down, which is a good thing i think.

Agreed, if Coach Ham is going to use him in something similar to the Giannis role he is going to have to be able to move. No more 24 second naps while Lebron is dribbling.

I'll have to see what run the offense through AD really means first. If we are talking about concentration on feeding him the ball in scoring position , great. Giving him the rock and allowing him to create..um..no thank you. He struggles making the right pass when he gets doubled, and his ballhandling skills aren't exactly Giannis like. I totally agree with making him the focus, but I'm curious to see what that actually looks like.

yeah, and i've harped on it a lot, but again i'm not sure we've built the team that allows you to run an offense "through" AD. you need a dynamic scoring guard with range to do that, imo. we...do not have that.

yes, almost exactly. it's part of why i kept mentioning rozier back when charlotte was a viable option. he's a poor man's kyrie, but it's the skillset in principle that i was after (and kyrie wasn't available then and may not be now).

I need to see some AD footage!!! The most important guy on the team and it's been a quiet summer with the AD news.

still with the long slow ramp up to a slow release to boot...why practice like that? like often is he going to get a chance to wind up like that during a live game?

Old clip and new shooting guy in Lethal Shooter. That was like 3 weeks ago trying to get used to new mechanics apparently which doesn’t give me the warm fuzzies.
