    perkins maybe goes a little overboard there, but everyone's sneering/giggling about it is pretty dumb. it would be different if AD was 33 instead of 29 and people were acting like his prime was definitely over. there's good reason to believe he returns to being in the top-5 conversation for the next 2-3 years, imo.

    Who said anything about your fitness? I just question your appraisal of him attempting to bulk up strength wise to play more at the 5 during the regular season to fit with Brick …. as being too “FAT” (from the honeymoon cake). :D ;)

    Same LOL. Got from 185 to 240 in 14 months... none of that is muscle :D
    Im happy though... but the next person, that calls me fat to my face, gets knocked the f*** out.

    I am hoping AD can return to at least a top ten player, if he gets back to top five we are really looking good. If he gets MVP we will probably win the championship. It will mean that Lebron bought into this actually being AD's team with action and not just talk. The vision Coach Ham is talking about is perfect for AD if he will take advantage of it. So much to be excited for and to watch this season.

    I'm hanging about 240 lbs these days in what I like to term a "snuggly" state of being. I'm probably best around 210.

    However, I have been discriminated against here in the Philippines and was twice not allowed to Rock Climb or go on a Zip Line for being over 100 kilos. (90 at one place!)

    I really had to laugh about that. I don't even have a goal of going down to 90kilos, so cross that off the list and go to a facility a little better built I guess.
