    i know we're joking around mostly, but seriously: getting lebron would have been dr. buss's sole goal as soon as kobe was declining or retired.

    doncic would be next, imo. this part of why i don't want to give up any distant future assets of value. i want to be able to bid if and when doncic becomes available.

    Same for me Kareemthegreat. Also the GOAT does not quit the game for almost 2 years of his prime to play baseball which he isn’t very good at. That’s just ridiculous. Kareem and Lebron put in twenty straight years in their careers. And the records bare out their work. That’s what GOATS do.

    Well there is that gap. OK it’s Kobe. Probably even more technically skilled ALL aspects of the game than MJ and certainly Kareem (had Dream’s footwork and Kobe could put up a sky hook if needed same as Magic). ;)
