    Russ looks like he has aged since even the beginning of the season. He’s just not giving us enough. Certainly not doing anything to justify LeBron wanting him on the roster.

    as I said in the game thread, I don’t fault the staff for trying to get the most out of him. But yeah, when Nunn gets here we gotta go with the guys who give us the best chance of winning period.

    The trade deadline is still a ways off. If the Lakers care about the franchise above the feelings of a few players on the roster, above admitting failure, they’ll move him for anything, even a few competent role players. If they don’t, we’ll be a first round exit if we even make the playoffs, and they get what they deserve. You don’t put an overpriced, over the hill, bad fitting star over building a competent roster.

    Apparently, he's averaging 15.9/8.3/9.3/4.9 tov on 38/23/62 shooting vs top 4 teams in both conference (12 games total)

    Once the transition game is taken away, he doesn't have NBA guard skills to do anything in the half court. That's why he's so bad in the playoffs lately. He's completely useless against good teams.

    It takes two to tango, unless a team is REALLY desperate no one is going to want him. He's owed $44 mil this year and he could opt in for $47 next year. Until he's an expiring contract he is of no value to anyone

    Dang, we should do him a favor and move him to a place where he can have the ball at all times. I’d be good with that, much as it would sting. In the meantime he can cry himself to sleep on a pile of 44 million dollars.
