Stay … stop … away … stop … from … stop … the … stop … Kardashian units!! Jeezus especially AR they’d wreck him forever.
Ahhh, I see. Let’s hope his explosion on the court and chance to do something special this year outweighs the draw from his past demons.
Let’s try to resign this guy! His defence is coming along, he could lock down the 2 spot for the next 5 years.
i've been mostly converted. surprised to see that he seems better as a starter than a sixth man type, but now that you see it, it seems like it should have been obvious. anyway, he's got a ton of talent, and we'll have to find a way to use the full mle to keep him from leaving at this point.
He benefits from the space, it feels like when he can see the rim with that much space it’s just going down. Plus attacking off a late close out or someone who left him to double Lebron is allowing him to get to the basket easier and to hammer some big dunks.
The Westbrook trade has handicapped the heck out of this team for 2 years. Lebron thought bringing in Westbrook would get him to a easier championship path but it has only made it harder for the remainder of Lebron's contract with the team. That Westbrook contract affects how the rest of the roster is constructed. https://bleacherreport.com/articles...6HExkXxwavtc9tb_PL97b57hVhiuFhQD39f9m0OaWlpOo
Pretty sure that AD and Lebron were hoping he could take the slack off them after the wear and tear of the Bubble year and year after during the regular season. With all the small guards they got, it's not entirely clear to me they trusted Russ in the playoff but for sure I think the hope was that the team could ride Russ during the regular season. He's not performing like he's even that type of guy anymore so complete backfire of a move
I thought he was due to cool off after having the hot hand for a few games. Hoping he bounces back quickly.
