So, is it’s safe to say he’s not going to make his debut in the next few games? Why does he need to practice before a game. He’s been studying how this team plays for two months now. The dude is a vet, it’s not like our coaching staff runs any plays he has to learn. Defense is all about communicating. Just put him out there.
i disagree that practice couldn't be helpful, though i agree that the team probably practices with a full squad pretty infrequently, so the familiarity won't be built there. i think the wait has to be about getting strength up. that's a long time to sit out, and he was still limping around just a few weeks ago, right? anyway, i'd rather wait and have him as healthy as possible when he gets in. considering he's our only true sf not named lebron, we need to be pretty careful.
