Last night was pretty unforgivable. If Vogel gets chopped I think last night might have been the proverbial straw. It honestly felt that way as it was happening. He might get the benefit of more time here but I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets the ax this season. Not saying it’s the right thing but I’m no longer defending him personally. He’s not entirely to blame but he’s not making things better that’s for sure. Unless they improve something has to give.
He has missed half of the games played and was thrown out of another one. LOL..I think he should give it over more to Russ , but seriously if James had been playing in every game, we wouldn't be having this discussion.
Whether it’s Stotts or a no name guy, I’m not convinced that no one out there could help fix our offense. Team needs to do it’s due diligence and search for talent. If they really want to keep Vogel they should already be quietly looking at options.
On a more optimistic note here for a second...Lebron, AD and Russ have only played 8 games together. So Vogel being fired isn't a such sure thing yet. If we lose maybe 4 out of 5 or 6 or something like that, Frank might not survive that. Det,Sac, Lac,Bos,Mem,Okc and Orl. That is not exactly the most brutal stretch of games to face with a motivated big 3 and Vogel on notice, that the honeymoon is definitely over. We might not change anything coaching staff wise right now, but these next 7 games will probably be make or break for him though.
The dude played 51 minutes in his second game back after an injury, after saving our butts in the last game playing 43 minutes. SMH.
So this is the game some fans are going to keep playing all season long? “We’ve only had this. We’ve not had that.” Excuse after excuse after excuse. That only works for a short time. Then heads start to roll and people get shipped out. This team has zero chance of going anywhere as currently constructed and unfortunately, they will probably wait to do anything.
Just take Big Game’s word for it: these guys aren’t playing a winning style of basketball. Conditioning has nothing to do with a team’s inability to play TOGETHER.
The main cogs have played 8 games together...this aint NBA2K. Well...the season is here, the games will be played, and we will found out shortly, what is what won't we? Nobody is getting shipped out or fired before December 15 at the earliest IMO. I believe we will go 6-1 over the next 7. Might go 7-0. We are about to find out either way.

that sounds ominous. maybe i'm missing the context, though. i expected us to win last night (by a healthy margin, too). so i don't trust me on these things anymore.
