His stroke looks much better from last season. He look like he has improved his shooting form, it looks more polished from last season. I know it's early, but if he can routinely knock down that outside jumper, he is going to be playing at a whole different level, he has had a nice start to this season .

it does look better. and he's competing on defense. honestly looks like a semi-star in the early going, which is pretty huge at his age and experience level. he's playing like a third-year top-5 pick. better, really.

and i agree with others that if we knew he looked this way, why did we go so hard after a third star? we could have kept the powder dry for better fitting parts.

 

Time for Lebron to come off the bench behind THT.

He’s really shiny …. told ya.

Exciting to see him realize he doesn’t always have to GO for the rim when we‘re needing points and he wants to help put them up. Not turning the ball over and making plays helps in that way too. But now like a running back when he sees a hole or knows he can juke and create one and turns on the jets with his mass, those arms and all the skilled tricky s*** he’s good at up at the rim and backboard …. WOOOO …. he’s pretty unique with his game. Keep working on your shot kid. It’s coming.

 

just wait til the game slows down for him...

playing next to some HOF'ers has to be great for his long term development.

 

Bron's worried about how long he has left and wasn't willing to risk his last 1 or 2 shots at a ring on a 20 year old? Can't say I blame him, that would have been a huge risk.

We also have to question whether THT can sustain this.

I also believe we want THT more on the wing and as not the team’s PG. Bron wanted a star he trusts to take that job from him to alleviate some of the heavy lifting. The injuries and penny pinching kind of threw a wrench in his grand plan for this season thus far.

 

And so many were upset Rob refused to sell him out for two years of a past prime Lowry. ‍SMH!!!

 

I think it is starting to do that by watching him play more under control and realizing even with, if needed, slight hesitations figuring out what would be the right or good move with good chance of success ..... he can still pull off those drives to the hoop.

 

Once he develops a floater in the lane, it will be over for anyone trying to stop his downhill attack.

in fairness, i think the forum was pretty united against moving THT for lowry last year. excellent non-move, even with lowry helping the heat contend again. AD wasn't going to be healthy, and we weren't going to win a title without him last year.

 

Yah that would be killer. I forget has he shown any proclivity toward having some level of floater yet? Those arms. Those hands. That mass for his height!

 

He's going to be very good.

Hope the efficiency keeps up even if the numbers go down.

And just keep the effort on defense.

 

A stronger, more experienced and even more skilled Austin Reaves at the 1 and THT at the 2 or 3 spot after 2 more years of growth for each in the lineup with AD would be a real nice 3 talented players to build around.
