    Not a surprise tbh, on paper he is the teams best defender. If AD starts at the 5, Baze definitely starts at the 3.

    hmmm...was this to light a fire under THT a bit, too?

    if we're really starting AD at c, our lineup is a bit small with baze at 3. guess we're counting on lebron and russ on the boards.

    I'd say it's pretty safe to rely on them for boards. LeBron, if he does move to PF this year is going to get 8rpg, and Russ can close his eyes and average 8rpg. AD should get 8rpg also. That's a pretty good base to build on. You know Dwight and DJ will board in their minutes, and THT is a solid rebounder for his size.

    Baze is awesome. Nice offensive player and shooter and a strong, quick and effective wing defender. Good size. Definitely should start

    Honestly I didn’t get Ariza starting over Bazemore anyway. Baze is a great fit with the starters and save Ariza as much as possible for the playoffs.
