He is always injured and he averages 18-20 minutes a game. It's facts. And science...

With concussion and covid protocols plus hard fall on back mixed in he still played 58 and missed just 14. As hard as he plays the others were s*** happens injuries still mixed into only 14 games missed. Averaged 21 minutes, but now with "go time" .... 30 against Warriors. Probably that many and up for the playoffs. Just saying you're selling him a little short in those categories.

14 games is too much. If he plays in 7 of those, Lakers win enough and they are playing Denver right now.

Last time Alex played in Staples he was becoming very popular but also riding high on being a fun meme. Now as a champion and fully appreciated by Lakers fans the cheers ought to rock the arena for the plays he makes and fire he brings.

I want him to stay. I hope the early exit and summer allows these guys to get back to 100%. I do think he was struggling after the injury(ies) and was really out of rhythm with his shot.

I hope he works on the 3ball relentlessly this offseason... hell of defender/team player. Can't win championships without guys like him on the team.

Pay him whatever he wants. Whenever he is on the floor, we are closer to win. He gets us wins just with his defense. I would give him a 5y deal

You don't pay him whatever he wants. That would be stupid. If he wants too much, you have to let him walk. That goes with any player on this team that is not Lebron or AD.

It was just an expression. I said in another thread that wouldn't give him more than 10m a year.
I just love what he brings to team and definitely deserves to get valued, specially when we are paying much more to KCP or Schroder who do less in court than him

Fair? If we get Caruso for 5 million a season, that's an absolute steal. There are many nights when he is clearly the third best player on the court for us. He is elite on the defensive end and makes high IQ plays on the offensive end. If he develops a consistent 3-point shot, he is 18-20 million dollar a year player in this ludicrous market.

5-7M a year with what Kuzma and Pope got is not a fair deal at all. I don’t believe that. AC has to know he’s worth more than that even with the hometown deal he surely wants to give them. Someone’s on crack.
