when's memphis going to stop playing jaren jackson? he's an anchor for them right now, imo. i know he was a high pick and has been super hyped as a stretch big who can defend all over--and maybe one day that happens--but right now, he does basically nothing well on the basketball court except look the part. tillman outplays him, and i think clarke would, too, if he were back in their rotation. and man, if mitchell's injury is that problematic, the clippers are going to waltz to the wcf. also noteworthy to me yesterday: trae young gets some calls, man. those FTs he got to tie it were junk, imo, and the refs upheld the call after review, meaning they're just complicit. you don't think doncic, lebron, and kawhi get hit harder than that on basically every single drive? i'm sorry he weighs 165lbs, but that's his problem. if i were a knicks fan, i'd be annoyed. i know he hit a tough one for the game-winner, but he shouldn't have gotten the opportunity, imo.
