Refs are so incompetent. Geez. How are they allowing Mark Jackson to continue announcing these games? He's soooooo biased against the Warriors.
If Draymond gets better this summer, the Warriors will be a much better team. He needs to be able to get all the way to the rim and finish when Curry gets him the ball on pick n rolls. at least put the help big on his heels and force the D to help and get an assist. That's where Randle will shine. Randle has those downhill moves off the bounce, Draymond doesn't, he's not enough of a threat when he catches that ball wide open on the roll
Seriously. If they pull it off he'll be hailed as the greatest ever but please. Guy has the ball in his hands 95% of the time so you're gonna rack up assists. If you take 35+ shots a game you're going to score. I'll give him some credit for his rebounding. Nothing else impresses me in the least. To me this is more about Golden State's collapse then anything he's doing.
the non-call on the LeBron/curry tackle was sort of pivotal. the refs allowing all the physicality plays into Cleveland's hands. gs's non-curry, non-iggy players need to play better. fast.
that and he needs to hit those open threes when they count. both Houston and Cleveland have left him with impunity--one of his strong points is supposed to be that you can't do that.
That and defend. Nevertheless, if he's not hitting the open shot providing the spacing that GS wants, he becomes Tony Allen.
Green has one move out of the p&r -- takes a dribble, stumbles a bit, raises the ball above his head. Looks like the Adam West Batman Then he tries to make a two handed dunk while jumping from a distance that gravity doesn't agree with. Dumbo, a gust of wind isn't going to magically carry you to the rim. Get closer or try something else.
Yeah Green has been really bad this series. Get's out rebounded by Tristan, can't make an open 3 and stumbles into the lane after a screen a roll. They called him the heart of the team, he needs to start making some hustle plays, not crying over no calls, set the tone and momentum for the rest of the team.
This is insane. We saw some of this from the Warriors in the previous rounds, but not this extreme...not so sure about their mental toughness. LeBron is dominating these games offensively, it's crazy how many minutes he's playing and how high his usage is...never seen anything like this. I just don't know if it's humanly possible to keep this up. This 'secret motivation' drama is annoying though. Also, the Cavs defense is getting in the Warriors head. Hopefully Curry finally found his shot back in the 4th.

Kerr has to get them to play with a sense of urgency. They waited too late to make a push. If you can't make 3s, don't stop playing. Get a rebound, get your hand in someone's face...something. And you can't rely on the 3 to save you, it's not going to. Attack, get to the rim, get some FTs. Then you'll work yourself into a groove, the floor will open up, and the good 3s will come. It's not rocket science. And if the guys aren't playing with urgency, pull them. That includes Curry. All 12 bodies have to be on a very short leash because they clearly don't understand the stakes and are caught in the headlights.
They got to speed up the game. Start trapping LeBron as he crosses half court and force quick shots, get more possessions.
Agreed, but to me this is on the players. You can't will them to have intensity. That drive has to start with them - you can stoke the fire but if you have to actually spark it you are in trouble, IMO. That's the players. They have to want this. So far I'm not sure they do. At least not as much as the Entitled One and friends.
