The way i remember it was him showing up to practice without basketball shoes. Last straw for Phil.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see the NBA add language to the CBA to stop these kind of play for 1 year, get paid for 2 contracts. If indeed Marc’s contract is that.

    Lol space cadet

I really didn’t mind him I think our ol bench mob could’ve have adapted to today’s game

Odom at point center in today’s game would have been a treat.

    3-Arica
    2-Machine/Brown
    1-Farmar

He was one of the main reason the Lakers lost in 2008. His focus and execution were always his issues. He was soft and weakminded.

What the NBA needs to do is get rid of protected picks and swaps. If the NBA is serious about not having players move around like chess pieces, then you need to put more of a stranglehold on teams that want to give up "draft picks" for stars. It would also add more excitement for the league wondering if the draft pick or picks that the team gave up will turn out to be good or bad for them in the end.

Looks like he strong-armed his older brother’s meals, that’s for sure.

It's so funny to me that this is how they looked much later too (down to their typical facial expression), except that Marc was almost as tall as his brother by then.

    And compare the forearms, please.

I remember Marc in his Memphis prime (probably still) .... being described as having a little bit of a mean streak in him when he had to mix it up down low.
