I was trying to make excuses for LeBron, I’ve been a huge critic of his game in the clutch for years. All I was trying to point out in saying this is year 17 for him is that he’s old, even with rest he’s gonna get worn, he’s older than his years. He’s played over 250 playoff games to Rondo’s 110+, that’s almost 2 extra seasons of basketball (also add in Olympics and FIBA for LeBron), plus LeBron is asked to carry a much bigger load night in night out than Rondo. I love how he’s played in the playoffs, but I also can’t help but notice he probably preserves energy for this time by not playing with anywhere near this same intensity in the regular season, it’s night and day, some games it looks like he’s taking off out on the court. But yes nothing but praise for his playoff performance, if he gets us to #17 that’s all that matters, regular season is forgotten.

Yup, I don't like harping on LeBron, either. But you have to make those wide open shots that he put himself in a position to have to take because he kept holding onto the ball. The annoying part is he's not generating any offense and just waits for something to happen. He's got to be able to make the Nuggets pay for letting him be wide open or move the ball. This Nuggets team is much better than any of us gave them credit for and if we just include the second half of their playoffs run, they are the best team. LeBron has to be better and I think he will be in the next game to help close the Nuggets out.

There can be no Playoff Rondo without the playoffs... So we must suffer the regular season with non-playoff Rondo :Rondonod:

Rondo has an unprecedented task at hand. Being the first player in NBA history to win a title as a Laker and C bag. That's a weird paradox putting title rings together that say Lakers and C Bags.

Playoff Rondo is the alpha, the high IQ leader, with the pure alpha pedigree to carry us to tough wins. I don't know how this easy this sets when it should be Bron but i'll take it. Honestly feel he has been the swiss army knife of clutch. If you need a steal, a vital rebound, lockdown D, a three, a layup amid the painted land of the giants or even an over the backboard horse shot Rondo will do it with swag and dare I say grit to supplement his talent.

Just look at the difference where LBJ had that open jumper close to the FT line and he bricked it Rondo same situation willed the shot in even with the pressure on his shoulders.

Playoff Rondo is a helluva drug (and you can't test for that PED called swag).

Made some clutch plays today, one sequence he hit Lebron with a pass for an easy lay-up, stopped at the FT and made the jumper and then had a huge offensive rebound late in the game.

Oh Dude. His real dad Delonte is on the street looking homeless and skinny and terrible. Saw a photo today and internet news blip about Doc Rivers and a player or two are trying to reach out to help him, he’s down and out completely.

That offensive board off the AD miss was a game saver. Playoff Rondo has been so good that I'm in shock. Totally different player.
