Awww geeez ..... @KareemtheGreat33 is going to be insufferable being shown juxtaposed with the Bald Eagle.
What a bulldog on defense. And has those great, fast, accurate hands like Artest ..... errrr .... World Panda Friend.
true. i'm a pessimist when it comes to hoops, but when i saw they were up 8 with under 3 to go, i was like, yeah, that's it. and it should be.
I really, really wanted him to make that shot. Ive been saying to my friends all year that Caruso WILL hit a shot or have a play this season that lives in Laker lure forever.
Especially with where he shot it from, knew it was a miss. It seems our bigs shoot the best from straight ahead and then Bron if you extend the range a few feet further out.
I'm not too worried about Caruso's ability to develop the 3 ball in the long term. I haven't looked at video, but off the top of my head his form reminds me of Jason Kidd as he aged and became a better shooter. This kid has a great work ethic but just needs more reps. It's easy to forget this is his first time in the playoffs. While he missed a potentially huge 3 last night, he wasn't afraid to shoot and he already hit a late 3 in a big game against Houston. Maybe someday fans of other teams won't be so surprised when he's kicking their butts.
One of the worst games I’ve seen him play. Need to really hit your open shots and that over the backboard shot was awful.
Alex Caruso. Hope we can keep him. Only complaint is he is looking like such an asset other teams will demand him. Tough being a GM from this couch. Made some demon cuts to the basket after Lebron's illuminati high mason passes (lol), and was clicking with the team. Got a little out of sorts, but came back. Loved the foul he got on Joker with his body positioning too. I love this team.
You have to retain Caruso (and to a lesser extent Howard and Kuzma) Just so hard to find guys who are willing to sacrifice their game and go all out on defense. Throw in that while not elite shooters they are threats to score makes them keepers
We can't trade CarusGOAT.... but if we do, I expect a tribute video on his return to the Staples Centre
2 years ago, the guy was shuttling back and forth from the G League and a lottery bound Laker team. Now he will be playing meaningful minutes in the NBA Finals. He probably wouldn't have imagined that in his wildest dreams.
