Caruso at 6th place in votes for west guards is a tangible reason for free agents to go to the Lakers. We need to keep voting to show the power of the Lakers as a brand, something which is still preeminent and not just relying on our past, but trading on our present value. Vote for the Lakers, vote for the Carushow.
The point is that all stars can be forgotten about on lesser performing/popular teams as far as fans votes. (see Dame Lillard for most of his career). The top five players will always get in true, but if you are looking at a way to entice that third fringe all star, this is a nice carrot. It is also demonstrates fan support which links to ancillary and important revenue streams such as sponsorship and endorsements/advertising. Transcendent stars will be too good to be ignored, but for that third star or a role player with an eye for ambition, I think NBA all star vote is an important indicator for something which is itself a trivial game from a fickle source such as NBA fan votes. We can only get so many true all stars, and right now we have two of them ("plus" Caruso, and have some nice vote figures for the Supershank Redemption that is Dwight Howard).
honestly, it kind of looks like he had let the front get longer and combed it forward to cover early balding there. it's more amazing how much his face filled out.
Yeah. Of course. But the top of the hair looks pretty full, and now......well we know what happened. The filling out makes sense though. I weigh about the same as I did in high school, but my face is much more filled out. Of course, I'm 40 so that could simply be my skin starting to droop.
I love this whole thing with him in the media soooo much. What fun! And he's a damn good player at his age with a great attitude. And holy crap that's his best highlight reel yet. Great ending.
